At the Annapolis Church of Christ, we have a goal for 2024. We want to focus on involvement in God’s kingdom. Like Jesus, our perfect example, we want to be about our Father’s business (Luke 2:41-50). The Lord has called us to be busy in His kingdom (Titus 2:11-15, 3:1, 8, 14), so we want to encourage each other to do that. The leadership at the Annapolis church wants to teach, guide and help each member to be involved in the work of the church in some way. The Bible is very clear in teaching that God does not expect all members to do the same work, nor the same amount of work (Rom 12, 1 Cor 12), but we are expected to do what we can with the abilities God has given to us (Matthew 25:14-30).
